 Missy White

Missy White - InstructorIf we truly want to be happy we must go within! This is one of the many things that yoga has taught me. In 1999 I started practicing yoga and in many ways it saved my life – Because of this I decided to share the gift of yoga with as many people as possible. I had to follow my heart and perhaps a road less Missy White - Instructortraveled.

In 2004, after 15 years in the weight loss industry, I left my job and traveled to Los Angeles for an intense nine week Instructional Training course at Bikram’s Yoga College of India. This was just the beginning of my journey. Since then I have trained with several other teachers such as David Swenson, Cameron Shayne, Shiva Rae, Ana Forrest, Desiree Rumbaugh, Duncan Wong and many others.

After 700 Instructional Training hours and thousands of hours of practice, I am still surprised by how much I can learn from my teachers as well as my students.

I am grateful to all those who bring such light into my life and it is always an honor to teach something as powerful as yoga.

A special thanks to my teacher Tony Nenov for inspiring me to share the Light!

‎"I currently teach locally throughout Central Florida and travels worldwide leading Workshops, Teacher Trainings & Master Classes including "The 108 Asanas"!"

Randy Chan
In Jan 2005, I fell in love with a yoga instructor and then fell in love with yoga. That faithful day began a journey of alignment with the energy of the universe. A 60 day Bikram yoga challenge turned into 90 days as I explored the limits of my body and mind, at times finding brief glimpses of my true Self in savasana deep peace.  Dabbling with Baron Baptiste power yoga, Ana Forrest influenced styles and Ashtanga yoga added dynamic movement and further perspective to the physical part of my core yoga practice that Bikram yoga provided.  The need to deepen my practice and express my love of yoga led to 200 hour Yoga Alliance Certified Teacher Training with PranaVinyasa in Tampa, Florida and a further 100 hours of Duncan Wong’s Yogic Arts Yoga Teacher Training in November 2006. All yoga and all things lead to the same place.  My life's journey helps me to understand the true meaning of the Universe, Om. A deeper understanding of this truth continues to reveal itself with every being that I meet. I look forward to meeting with you. Namaste
